Experience & Background
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
Dr. Theresa lives in the Tulsa area where she has been working as a physical therapist since 2011. She has a longstanding passion for helping others improve their health and optimize the quality of their life. Celebrated for being approachable, warm and deeply effective, she helps individuals untangle complex and long-standing health issues. Dr. Theresa is a strong advocate for equality and believes that each person has a right to be treated with compassion and respect.
President of MOBL Charity
Dr. Theresa is President and Co-founder of MOBL Charity, a local nonprofit that provides financial assistance for mobility-related items such as wheelchairs, ankle-foot orthoses, ramps, etc. Because insurance plans do not cover all necessary equipment for hospitalized patients to return home safely, Theresa teamed up with Tulsa physician, Dr. Jeff Halford, D.O., to assist those in the community who are unable to afford what they need. Over the years they have helped many people return home with their loved ones and become physically active again.
The Institute for Functional Medicine
1 in 3 Americans have a chronic disease and many people with chronic health conditions do not achieve their long-term health goals. This is why Dr. Theresa sought out additional education to better serve her patients. She has undergone coursework at the Institute for Functional Medicine, learning from leading experts in healthcare to incorporate functional medicine into physical therapy practice, looking at the whole person to uncover the root-cause of illness.
Over a Decade of Clinical Experience
Dr. Theresa’s experience working at local hospitals allowed her to gained extensive knowledge about the medical management of a variety of health conditions. She is passionate about bringing that knowledge into a functional medicine, physical therapy practice in the Tulsa area to truly focus on the patient. Without limitations imposed by insurance providers, clients can expect a higher standard of care that delivers excellent results.
“I can’t express my appreciation for you – as a person, caregiver, and therapist. It was my fortune when you stumbled into my life, even though I still stumble from time to time.” - Robert

Indivisible Health aligns with my own personal values and mission
We are in this together.
Any recommendation I would make for you I would be willing to do myself. I am deeply rooted in the belief that a good practitioner, a good healer, must believe in their mission to the extent that they incorporate it in their own lives. This builds not only empathy but trust.
Does your current health team implement healthy practices themselves?
Many healthcare workers are often so busy caring for others that they neglect their own health. I believe in functional medicine because it works not only for me but also for thousands of others across the world.
My commitment to applying these principles fuels my ability to help others and inspires me daily.
Seeking out other health practitioners who have similar values allows me to collaborate with the best minds in healthcare and functional medicine.
I continue to expand my network of excellent clinicians so I am confident that when I refer a client for a specialized service they are in capable and trustworthy hands.
